The project selects Kara region as a pilot to support cotton growers in this region to reduce chemical reagent input, achieve sustainable development of cotton, and better cope with the impact of climate change before 2024. The project also helps local cotton growers improve their planting capacity and economic benefits by establishing rural savings and credit associations.
